Unfortunately, I have placed my 10+ acres of land at 5392 Co. Rd. 33 up for sale. I have been planning to build my retirement home there but find that my life circumstances have changed and I will need to adjust my plans accordingly and sell the land.
This beautiful parcel has woods, a creek, clearings and recreational trails perfect for seasonal use or year-round living. I have cleared 2 possible building sites, done the perk tests and have had an approved septic system designed. And I have nearly finished a great 9x12 ft. “tree house” cabin for the grandkids. I am just waiting for my roofer to finish his part.
I will try to sell this property myself through February at an asking price of $39,900 for a little over 10 acres with ~300 ft. road frontage. If it doesn’t sell by approximately, March 1st, I will list it with a realtor and may need to adjust the price at that time to cover realtors fees.
Naturally, I would be happy to meet anyone out there who is seriously interested with the survey map to point out boundaries, and answer any questions.
